Axceed Meter (“Meter”) is a billing and entitlements infrastructure service operated by Axceed Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (“Axceed”, “we”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis per the plan you select. Usage-based charges (metered consumption) are billed in arrears based on recorded usage events. All payments are processed by Stripe; Meter does not store your full card details. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these terms.
We retain billing records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axceed's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice before taking effect.
