Account details (company name, email, password hash), billing/payment metadata (Stripe customer ID — we never store full card numbers), usage data relevant to metered billing, and contact-form submissions.
To operate your account, process payments, calculate usage-based charges, respond to support requests, and comply with tax/accounting record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Infrastructure (database, hosting) is self-hosted on our own VPS and Vercel. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what's necessary to operate these services.
Billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for dispute-resolution purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@axceed.my, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain billing records.
