This EULA governs your use of the specific Axceed product and plan you are subscribing to at checkout. It is separate from the account-level Terms of Service you agreed to when creating your account, and from the payment terms displayed on the payment screen — all three apply together.
Axceed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed product for the duration of your active subscription, subject to the usage limits, seats, and features of your selected plan.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the product except where an explicit reseller/partner agreement with Axceed says otherwise. You are responsible for your own users' compliance with this agreement.
Your data within the product remains yours. Axceed makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
This license ends when your subscription ends, whether by cancellation or non-payment, per the billing terms already agreed to for this purchase.
